Privacy Notice

This notice explains the information collected through the SchoolOS marketing website. A school’s ERP records and use of third-party integrations need their own school-specific privacy arrangements.

What the website collects

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, institution, email, phone number, student-count range, optional message, request purpose and consent, together with a request reference and submission time. Please do not include student records, passwords, medical details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.

How the information is used

The information is used to respond to your walkthrough or privacy request and understand the institution’s requirements. Submitting this form does not create a school account, start a subscription or authorise payment.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a private file on the SchoolOS server and are not published on this website. Access is limited to authorised server operators. Backup copies may also contain enquiry records. Requests are not automatically sent to an email, SMS or WhatsApp provider by this form.

Cookies and service providers

The marketing pages do not load third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The server may retain normal operational logs for reliability and abuse prevention. The separate ERP login uses browser storage for authentication and has its own role and school access controls. AI, messaging, payments and other ERP integrations require separate configuration and can involve additional providers.

Your choices

Submitting an enquiry is optional. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, use the enquiry form and choose “Privacy / data request”. Include your reference if available. Requests may require verification so information is not disclosed to the wrong person.

Retention

Enquiry records should be reviewed and removed when they are no longer required for follow-up or applicable obligations. Backup expiry may delay removal from backup copies. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently promised.
