These terms cover browsing the SchoolOS website and submitting a walkthrough enquiry. A school’s subscription, service scope, support and data responsibilities are agreed separately.

Product information

SchoolOS is a developing school-management platform. Screens labelled as illustrative or feature previews demonstrate a workflow and do not show live school records. Features depend on school setup, access permissions and configured providers. Items on the roadmap are proposals and are not delivery commitments.

Enquiries and access

Use accurate contact information and do not submit confidential student records through the public form. A walkthrough request does not create an account or guarantee a service, price or delivery date. ERP access is for authorised account holders only.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another school’s records, bypass authentication, disrupt the service, upload malicious content or submit automated spam. Do not share account credentials with unauthorised users.

AI-assisted outputs

AI features require provider configuration. Generated material can be inaccurate and should be reviewed by a responsible educator or operator before use. Roadmap descriptions are separate from currently configured capabilities.

Brand and content

The SchoolOS brand, website copy and original graphics are presented for this product. Third-party names appearing in research or roadmap references identify their respective owners and do not imply partnership or endorsement.
